With this initiative, the Punjab government launches the second phase of the Chief Minister’s Magnificent Punjab Tourism Internship Program, providing fresh graduates with a productive opportunity to gain real-world experience in the tourism sector. Of the 1,000 internships in this phase, 250 openings are available on a first-come-first-served basis; each intern will receive a monthly honorarium of Rs. 60,000. Graduates between the ages of 21 and 28 who have completed their degrees within the last two years are eligible for the program. This three-month internship, which is organized by the Department of Tourism, Archaeology & Museums, intends to empower young people by allowing them to participate in the development and promotion of Punjab’s rich historical and cultural legacy.
