Entitlement Criteria for Jobs

Education:
Minimum 16 years of schooling i.e., BSc/MSc (Hons.) in Agriculture Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
OR BE/ME (Mechanical Engineering).
Skills:
Outstanding English understanding, writing, and computer expertise.
Durable communication, leadership, and performance skills.
Know-how in BPPRA procurement procedures, contract management, and government policies.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as Project Director/Execution Officer (not below BPS-18).
- Proven expertise in conceptualizing, developing, executing, and managing agricultural machinery projects.
- Strong grip on Planning Commission project management procedures.
- Practical working experience across Balochistan province.
Age Limit:
Minimum 40 years and maximum 62 years (as of closing date).
Duties and responsibilities
The project director shall be responsible for:
The oversight of project execution in accordance with the design and specification contained in the contract.
Monitoring quality agricultural works on the project.
Prioritization of the subprojects and ensuring their timely completion.
Monitoring costs and timely execution so as to avoid overruns.
Preparing project progress reports and financial audits and closure reports (PC-III & IV).
Organization with investors, governmental agencies, and audit teams.
Recognizing risks and making risk mitigation plans.
Directing, guiding, and administering the project systems and personnel.
