Job Entitlement Criteria
On the way to be eligible, applicants necessity meet the following requirements:
Education & Practice:
Must be an Advocate of the High Court with active practice of at least five years immediately before the closing date.
At least five years’ experience as an Income Tax Practitioner.
- Additional Merit Criteria
- LLM qualification (05 marks).
- Enrolled as Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan (05 marks).
- More than 5 years’ High Court practice (up to 05 marks).
- Practicing experience with autonomous bodies (up to 10 marks).
- Reported judgments (up to 10 marks).
Residence: Punjab Province.
Income & Compensation Package
- Retainer ship: Rs. 40,000/- per month (lump sum).
- Contingency/Case Fee:
- Civil Courts (Lower Court, DG Khan): Rs. 13,000/- per case.
- High Court: Rs. 15,000/- per case.
- TA/DA: Equal to BPS-18 in special cases with prior approval.
- Other Welfares: No office, staff, vehicle, or law library will be provided.
Positions & Situations
- Employment will be part-time and short-term for 2 years (extendable based on presentation).
- Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice.
- The appointee cannot represent cases against BISE DG Khan.
- Appointment subject to approval by the Government of Punjab, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant BISE experience.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
No teaching assistant/da for test or interview.
