Jobs Description
The CRPD is looking for dynamic, motivated, and skilled individuals to fill multiple senior and mid-level positions on a contract basis for one year (extendable as per policy). Selected candidates will work on key areas including
Policy development and compliance
Program implementation
Accessibility monitoring
Social inclusion and permission
Research, data analysis, and evaluation
Administration, finance, and IT systems
All positions offer competitive monthly lump-sum salaries ranging from Rs. 240,000 to Rs. 600,000, depending on the role.

Entitlement Guidelines
Educational Degrees
Director: Master’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Public Administration, Disability Studies, or other connected fields.
A master’s degree in relevant fields (Public Policy, Law, Economics, Development Studies, etc.).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in as good as subjects, including Social Sciences, Project Management, Law,
Statistics, Mass Communication, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
Experience Demand
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role is required by the director.
Deputy Director:
Five years of experience minimum in the subject area.
Assistant Director: At least two years of relevant professional experience.
Candidates with expertise will be preferred.
