Eligibility Criteria
Program Director Jobs (PPS-11)
• Education:
16 years of education with post-graduation in Public Health, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Medical Doctor/Health Professional, or Social Sciences (HEC/PMDC recognized).
• Experience:
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in the public/private sector, with at least 8 years at mid- or senior-level management positions, including 2 years in program administration/project management.
• Age Limit:
• Up to 65 years.
Additional Program Director (PPS-10)
• Education:
• 16 years of education, preferably in Public Health, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, MBBS/BDS, or Social Sciences.
• Experience:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience, including 4 years at mid/senior management level in healthcare programs.
• Age Limit:
• Up to 55 years.
Deputy Program Director (Monitoring) (PPS-09)
• Education:
• 16 years of education, preferably in Public Health, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
• Experience:
At least 5 years’ relevant experience with 2 years at mid/senior level.
• Age Limit:
• Up to 45 years.
Deputy Program Director (Data/Reporting) (PPS-09)
• Education:
• MSc/BS (Hons) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Database, or equivalent (HEC recognized).
• Experience:
• At least 5 years’ experience in data management, analysis, and information systems (preferably healthcare programs).
• Age Limit:
• Up to 45 years.
Deputy Program Director (Admin & Finance) (PPS-09)
• Education:
• Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Pharmacy (MBA/MPA/ACCA/ACMA/CA/CCA).
• Experience:
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in procurement, accounts, audits, and financial management (preferably public sector).
• Age Limit:
• Up to 45 years.
