conditions for eligibility
Least 16 years of experience with a Master’s/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering/Management, or a related field.
Program Specialist (Roads) requires a minimum of 16 years of Master’s/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Transport or Highway Engineering, or another pertinent field.
masters in development studies, social sciences, business administration, or related field
Master of Environmental Sciences, MS in Environmental Management / Natural Resource Management / Engineering. Environmental Protection Specialist.
Social security specialists need a Master’s/Bachelor’s in sociology, rural development, social sciences, or another related field.
- Gender Specialist: Graduate/Bachelor’s in Sociology, Social Sciences, Public Policy Studies, Gender Studies, or any other relevant area.
Minimum of seven years of postgraduate professional experience in the appropriate discipline.
Experienced in planning, execution, and supervision of infrastructure or developmental projects.
- An advantage will be experience with projects funded by donors and knowledge of the socioeconomic dynamics of Balochistan.
- Understanding of pertinent technical standards, safety measures, and best practices in particular industries.
