Entitlement Criteria

• Qualification:
  • For older posts: Master’s degree in applicable fields (Agriculture, IT, HR, Money, Law, etc.) from HEC-recognized governments.
  • For technical and support staff: Bachelor’s degree, Intermediate, Matric, or relevant certifications as per post requirement.

• Experience:
  • Senior posts: Minimum 5–10 years in relevant fields.
  • Assistant-level posts: 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Support staff: 1–5 years’ experience as required.

• Age Limit:
• Varies by role (27–50 years), with relaxation as per government guidelines.
