PMDC Management Trainee Jobs 2025

Having announced its Management Trainee Program jobs for 2025, Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), a government-owned company under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), will start it. Preferred candidates for this one-year compensated training opportunity are those with a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a Master’s in Geology who are residing in Balochistan and who finished in 2024. Two spots in each subject are available with PMDC; eligible candidates are urged to apply. Selected candidates will get a monthly stipend of PKR 80,000, and the decision will be based on a mix of interview score, exam results, and academic performance. The complete application form, available on the PMDC website, must be filled out with all required supporting details, including educational documents. It should be submitted either in a sealed envelope clearly marked “APPLICATION FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINEE” on the top right corner or sent via email to: career@pmdc.gov.pk.

All applications need to be submitted before the 15th of July 2025. Applications that are late or incomplete will not be reviewed. Only applicants shortlisted for the written test and interview will be reached. There will be no TA/DA offered for the selection process.
