- Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field with 5 years’ call center/complaint management experience.
- Complaint Redressed Executive:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of call center/customer service experience.
- Manager HR & Admin:
- Master’s in HR/Public Administration with 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Admin Executive:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-year admin experience.
- Fleet Executive:
- Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain with 1-year relevant experience.
- HR Executive:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of HR experience.
- Archive Executive:
- Bachelor’s in Library/Information Science/History with 1-year relevant experience.
- Receptionist (Female):
- Intermediate with 1-year front desk/reception experience.
- Manager Accounts & Finance:
