Candidates have to see the following standards:
- Schooling: Master’s degree in Infrastructures, Mass Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a connected field.
- Knowledge: Least 5–7 years of professional knowledge in infrastructures; preferably in donor-funded or World Bank projects.
- Services: Good content age group, report writing, media management, and stakeholder engagement.
Preference: Candidates with previous knowledge in infrastructure/development work will be considered first.
