Qualifying Criteria
Although the criteria vary by role, generally:
Candidates essentially have appropriate certifications from HEC/PM & AC/PNC accredited universities. Positions span from those of PhD, FCPS, MSN, or equivalent for senior faculty positions to literate and matric level for support staff.
Chosen will be 1–15 years of teaching, research, and professional expertise at renowned universities or institutions (depending on the position).
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, research abilities, and communication are vital. For technical positions, hands-on experience with pertinent tools, systems, and technologies is needed.
Age Limit:
Ranges from 35 to 57 years; relaxable for extremely experienced applicants as per NUMS policy.
