Who Is Qualified? (Eligibility Criteria)
Candidates must satisfy the following education and experience standards:
COO, or Chief Operating Officer
minimum 45% grades; Master’s in Finance, HR, Commerce, Public Policy, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
At least twelve years of management experience in finance, accounts, audit, HR, or administration.
An edge will come from knowledge of laboratory infrastructure design and policy creation.
Senior Technical Manager,
Drug Testing Lab.: Ph.D. in pharmaceutics, pharmacology, or pharmacy with seven years of expertise in forensic drug testing, OR Ten years of expertise in a related field with MS/MPhil/MSc (Hons.)
Must have expertise in laboratory management and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories
Senior Technical Manager for Agricultural Testing Lab
7 years’ experience with a PhD in Genetics, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Horticulture, Soil Science, Analytical Chemistry, or Plant Physiology;
alternatively MS/MPhil/MSc (Hons.) in a related & nab subject with ten years’ expertise.
Powerful knowledge of accredited laboratory testing of pesticides and fertilizers.
Senior Technical Manager, Food Testing Lab
PhD in Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Meat Technology, Food Safety & Controls, Analytical Chemistry with 7 years’ experience; OR Ten years’ expertise in MS/MPhil/MSc (Hons.)
Hands-on forensic food testing experience under ISO/IEC 17025 accredited facility supervision.
Managers for Quality Assurance (Drug, Food, Agriculture, and Labs)
PhD in related field with 7 years of post-PhD experience, including four years in QA supervision, OR
MS/MPhil/MSc (Hons.) having 10 years of postqualifying experience, six of which have QA supervision.
Requires work in ISO/IEC 17025 accredited regulatory laboratories.
