Suitability Requirements
At least sixteen years of civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering education (master’s preferred).
A degree from a PEC-accredited institution recognized by HEC is necessary.
Procurement experience of at least ten years in a pertinent professional capacity.
Must know government procurement procedures and PPRA entirely.
Brilliant knowledge of controlling compliance, procurement audits, and rules.
Minimum age: 35 years at the time of submission.
