1. Copy the Application Form from the university’s official website:

2. Attach the following documents with your application:
   • Verified photocopies of all degrees, DMCs, CNIC
   • Two passport-size photographs
   • Relevant experience certificates
3. Deposit the Processing Fee:
   • Rs. 2,000/- for Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
   • Rs. 1,000/- for all BPS-01 and BPS-05 posts
   • Pay into Bank of Khyber Account No. 3003771977, Branch Code: 0129
   • Attach the original bank deposit slip with your application
4. Submit Separate Applications for each post (if applying for more than one) along with separate fees.
5. Send completed applications to:
   Registrar, D.I. Khan University of Agriculture, Fateh Mor, Indus Highway, D.I. Khan

7. Time limit for application: August 22, 2025
8. Applications received after this date or lacking documentation will not be examined.

11. • Only shortlisted applicants will be called for tests or interviews. No TA/DA will be provided.
