Criteria for Eligibility
Requirements in Education and Experience (Summarized):
- Master’s degree with fifteen years of experience in rural development projects or sponsored projects, Deputy Operation Officer.
- Company Secretary: Master’s in business, commerce, or law, or a member of a professional accounting body; 5+ years of relevant experience.
Master’s in social sciences with five years of expertise in resettlement, land acquisition, and social studies.
Bachelor’s in social sciences; 2–3 years of experience in grievance redress and complaint handling.
Bachelor’s in Procurement or Law; 4 years of procurement and contract management experience. Contract Management Officer:
- Bachelor’s in Civil and Master’s in Environmental Engineering; 7 to 10 years of WASH and rural infrastructure project expertise;
- 3 years of experience with project monitoring systems; master’s degree or certification in ME, public policy, or Economics;
MBA/M.Com with 3–6 years of finance and auditing expertise; ACA/ACCA/ACMA.
- Finance from CA/ACCA/ICMA/MBA or M.Com with five years of related financial experience is preferred for Assistant Manager Disbursement.
- Bachelor’s/master’s in climate/environmental sciences with five or more years of related experience; Climate Support Officer.
Project Officer: Five years of experience in community mobilization and disability inclusion, master’s in social sciences.
- Master’s in Computer Science, Geography or GIS; 10 years of experience including five years in GIS and data analytics;
